1. Digital Product

THE STERLING ENGLISH provides digital study eBooks for exam preparation. No physical book will be delivered. The purchased eBook is provided digitally through registered email and secure access details.

2. Purchase and Payment

Students must complete the required payment process to purchase the eBook. After successful payment confirmation, the eBook goes through a safety watermarking process before access details are sent.

3. Watermarking Process

For safety and content protection, the purchased eBook may be watermarked with purchase-related student details such as name, email address, mobile number, order ID, payment ID, or other relevant details.

This is done to prevent unauthorized sharing, resale, uploading, copying, or public distribution.

4. Delivery and Access

After successful payment and watermarking, the eBook access details are sent to the registered email address provided during checkout.

The eBook may be opened using the ID and password provided by THE STERLING ENGLISH. Students should keep these access details private and should not share them with anyone.

Students must enter the correct name, email address, mobile number, and payment details during checkout. THE STERLING ENGLISH is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information entered by the buyer.

THE STERLING ENGLISH may update, improve, revise, modify, add, or remove eBook content, website content, pricing, access methods, delivery processes, or policy pages whenever required.
